On the evening of January 27, 2019, 55-year-old Steven Mark Noble and his wife, Keren, were taking a walk when they were confronted by three juvenile males wearing dark hoodies. The assailants attempted to rob the couple at gunpoint. In an act of protection, Steven positioned Keren behind him. During the confrontation, a gunshot was fired, striking Steven.
