Michael Samuel Kelly, an 18-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on February 15, 2019, in Pacoima, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. in the 12800 block of Van Nuys Boulevard. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s records, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a call of a shooting and found Kelly on the ground in a parking lot.
