Andre Piazza, an 18-year-old from Pittsburg, CA, was tragically shot and killed on February 15, 2019, in Bay Point. The incident occurred during an illicit gun transaction arranged between Piazza and two men, Donald Jeter and Ramon Brown. Piazza had been attempting to purchase a firearm from Jeter, who, along with Brown, allegedly lured him to a parking lot under the pretense of selling him the gun. Instead, Jeter and Brown reportedly robbed Piazza and shot him, leaving him to die at the scene.
