Frank Noel Galvan, a 34-year-old Latino, was fatally shot on March 23, 2019, near the corner of 95th and Juniper Streets in the Florence-Firestone area of South Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner records, Galvan was walking in his neighborhood around 2:40 p.m. when he was shot.
