Alex Carrillo, a 27-year-old resident of Santa Paula, California, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2019. He was found with a gunshot wound to his lower body in the 100 block of Felkins Road. Despite being transported to the Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival. This incident marked the first homicide of the year in Santa Paula.
