Manuel Hernandez Lopez, a 24-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on May 24, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, just before 3 a.m., when officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 1500 block of North 11th Street.
