Oscar Carmona, a 22-year-old resident of Azusa, California, was tragically killed on June 1, 2019. According to the Los Angeles County medical examiner-coroner records, Carmona was fatally shot in the head while walking in the 5300 block of Rockvale Avenue. The incident occurred around 11:15 p.m., when local residents reported hearing gunshots and seeing someone lying in the street.
