Known to his friends and family as "Moon," Miller was the companion of Feebee Jackson and a father to Egyanna and Eugene Miller V. He was the son of Ellena Smith and the late Eugene Miller III. His extended family included his grandmother, Khadijah Ramadan, and his siblings, Diondra Miller-Robair, Tanya Miller, and Latrica Miller-Robair, along with a
host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
