Kurt Bracke, a 70-year-old resident of Santa Maria, California, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2019, in a violent incident at the Casa Grande Mobile Estates. Bracke, along with his friend Richard Hanen, was shot and killed in what authorities described as a dispute that escalated into a deadly confrontation.
