Erasmo Chris Torres, a 24-year-old resident of El Centro, California, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2019. The incident occurred near the train tracks on Hamilton Street in El Centro. According to reports, Torres was with his brother when a man approached them, leading to a verbal altercation.
