Michael Walker, a 38-year-old resident of Poway, California, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2019. The incident occurred at the Sofi Poway apartment complex, where Walker was asleep in his bed when a bullet penetrated the wall of his apartment and struck him in the midsection.
