Gabriel Andrew Chavez, a 22-year-old Latino male, was tragically shot and killed on September 6, 2019, in Norwalk, California. The incident occurred just before midnight in a residential neighborhood on the 15500 block of Claretta Avenue. Chavez, along with another victim, Martel Vicente, was found suffering from gunshot wounds to the head. Both men succumbed to their injuries at the scene. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records confirmed the cause of death as gunshot wounds. ...
