Raymond Coopwood Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on September 29, 2019. Coopwood was fatally shot multiple times in the 800 block of Mead Avenue, a primarily residential area in West Oakland. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and Coopwood succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
