On October 8, 2019, Sisto Garcia, a 28-year-old resident of Colton, California, was found dead in San Bernardino. His body was discovered early in the morning on the 700 block of North I Street by a security officer who promptly notified the authorities. Upon arrival, the police found Garcia suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
