On the evening of December 29, 2014, Jorge Luis Gallegos-Lucio, a 55-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed in front of his wife during a robbery in north Houston. The incident occurred as the couple arrived home and were ambushed by the assailant. The perpetrator demanded money before fatally shooting Mr. Gallegos-Lucio. Following the shooting, the suspect fled the scene, leaving Mr. Gallegos-Lucio's wife unharmed but deeply traumatized. The Houston Police Department launched an ...
