Kou Xiong, aged 38, was one of the victims in a tragic mass shooting that occurred on November 17, 2019, in Fresno, California. The incident took place at Xiong's residence during a backyard party where friends and family had gathered to watch a football game. The shooting resulted in the deaths of four individuals, including Xiong, and left several others injured.
