Jeffrey "Bubba" Tiner, aged 35, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2019, in Big Bear Lake, California. The incident occurred in the home he shared with his roommates, Cynthia Kilough and Ralph Meneses. On that fateful day, a 911 call was made by Meneses, who reported that he had been attacked by his roommates.
