Brandi Barnes, a 35-year-old woman from Oakland, California, tragically lost her life on December 14, 2019. She was fatally shot while driving in East Oakland around 3:30 a.m. on that fateful day. The incident occurred near the intersection of Courtland and San Carlos avenues. Barnes was accompanied by a male companion at the time of the shooting.
