Nayeli Carrillo Gonzalez, a 19-year-old Fresno State University student, was tragically shot and killed on January 2, 2020, in Cesar Chavez Park, Delano, California. Nayeli was home for winter break when the incident occurred. According to reports, she was shot at approximately 10:16 p.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene.
