Constance Elena "Phat" Streho, aged 23, was tragically killed on April 2, 2012, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was shot multiple times while sitting in a Lincoln Town Car in the 3100 block of Lausat Place. This incident occurred just after 11 a.m., and it remains one of many violent cases that have troubled the city. The circumstances surrounding her death have not been fully resolved, and law enforcement agencies are still pursuing any leads to find the perpetrators involved in her murder.
