Wyland Gomes, a 10-year-old boy from Hanford, California, tragically lost his life on March 2, 2020, in a heartbreaking incident that has left the community in mourning. Wyland was killed by his father, Victor Gomes, in what authorities have confirmed as a murder-suicide. The incident occurred during a supervised visit at Victor Gomes' home, where he lived with his parents. On that fateful day, Victor shot his son before turning the gun on himself.
