Giovanny Alcaraz, a 19-year-old from Colusa, California, tragically lost his life on March 26, 2020. Giovanny was walking home and was only a few yards away from his apartment when he was shot twice in the head. The incident occurred around 7 p.m., and despite being transported to Enloe Hospital for treatment, Giovanny succumbed to his injuries.
