Michael Joseph Rosales-Osburn, a 28-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2020. The incident occurred late at night when police responded to reports of a shooting at the Acacia Park Apartments located on North Little Mountain Drive. Upon arrival, officers found Rosales-Osburn suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
