Cristobal Ruis, a 44-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of October 2, 2018. The incident occurred around 11:20 p.m. while Ruis was in the process of moving out of his apartment located in the 3400 block of East 21st Street.
