Cristobal Ruis, a 44-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of October 2, 2018. The incident occurred around 11:20 p.m. while Ruis was in the process of moving out of his apartment located in the 3400 block of East 21st Street. According to the San Bernardino Police Department, Ruis was loading his belongings into a U-Haul truck when he was shot.
