Death by Force

On May 1, 2020, Mike Lorenzo, a 65-year-old homeless man from Hayward, California, was found unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds in the area of Industrial Parkway and Pacific Street. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene. The Alameda County Coroner’s Office and the Hayward Police Department identified Lorenzo as the victim in this homicide.
