Noah Long, a 20-year-old resident of San Diego, tragically lost his life on May 27, 2020, in a shooting incident that took place in the College Area of San Diego. The incident occurred at the Aztec Pacific Apartments on Montezuma Road, near El Cajon Boulevard.
