Jonathan Garcia, a 16-year-old resident of Fowler, California, tragically lost his life on June 13, 2020. The incident occurred at his home on the 200 block of North 5th Street, where he and his father, Rafael Garcia, were both shot and killed. The perpetrator was identified as 25-year-old Carlos "Charles" Cruz from Parlier, California.
