James Horace Warren, a 33-year-old man from Willowbrook, California, was tragically shot and killed on July 5, 2020. The incident occurred near East 124th and South San Pedro streets around 1:40 a.m. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Warren was pronounced dead at the scene.
