Joshua Mena, aged 39, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2020, in Burbank, California. The incident occurred at a Gulf gas station located at 8458 S. Cicero Avenue. On that fateful night, officers responded to a call of shots fired around 10:49 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Mena in the driver’s seat of his vehicle, which had crashed into a nearby building.
