Nshan Balyan, a 30-year-old resident of North Hollywood, was found dead on April 28, 2016, in Burbank, California. His body was discovered wrapped in plastic in an empty dirt lot behind a lumber yard on North Victory Boulevard. The discovery was made by a Caltrans worker, prompting an immediate homicide investigation by the Burbank Police Department.
