Donna Joann Harber, an 81-year-old resident of Bell, California, tragically lost her life on September 1, 2020. The cause of her death was a gunshot wound. On the morning of her death, the Bell Police Department responded to a call at approximately 6:40 a.m. regarding a shooting at a residence on the 4900 block of Weik Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered Donna Harber with gunshot wounds. Despite immediate efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
