Allan Roshanski, a 34-year-old resident of Vista, California, tragically lost his life on October 4, 2020, in Lomita, CA. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:30 a.m., in the 2100 block of 255th Street. Allan Roshanski, along with another victim, Ruslan Magomedgadzhiev, 40, from Tarzana, was found with gunshot wounds to the upper body.
