Samuel Medina Campos, a 28-year-old resident of Fontana, California, tragically lost his life on December 15, 2020. The incident occurred around 7:51 PM on Mango Avenue and Foothill Boulevard. Initially reported as a two-vehicle crash, the situation took a grim turn when emergency responders discovered that Samuel had sustained two gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
