Elias Edward Rios, a 26-year-old resident of Antelope, California, tragically lost his life on December 19, 2020, in a double shooting incident. The Sacramento County Coroner's Office identified Rios and another victim, 19-year-old Hector Hernandez, as the individuals who were fatally shot. The incident occurred around 3:50 p.m. in the 8300 block of Walerga Road. Both men were transported to the hospital but were later pronounced dead.
