Omari Ernest-Zakee Lowery, a 15-year-old resident of Antelope, California, tragically lost his life on July 19, 2021. The Sacramento County Coroner's Office identified Lowery as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred near the 3900 block of Onawa Court.
