Jorge Anthony Garcia, a 35-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on January 5, 2021, in Westlake, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Garcia was fatally shot near 609 S. Saint Paul Ave. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
