Cody Allen Goodlow, a 40-year-old resident of Pittsburg, California, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when officers on patrol in the area of Harbor Street heard multiple gunshots coming from the 500 block of Garcia Avenue.
