18 year old murdered in broad daylight
Nolan's sister Thelma said, choking on tears, He has a daughter. He loved his daughter. My brother was the nicest person. Nolan Nemo Gemo Alofipo, a father of 2, was gunned down in broad daylight in the Irish Channel neighborhood in New Orleans. He and his family lived in this area until they all recently moved downtown.
