19 year old male is shot close to his home
Norman Briscoe, also known as "Errol," was 19 years old when he was shot and killed on March 18, 2013, in New Orleans' Algiers neighborhood. The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) responded to a report of shots fired early in the morning and found Briscoe wounded inside a home on Elmira Street. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
