Cosmo Baldazo, a 52-year-old resident of Antioch, California, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2021, in what authorities described as a landlord-tenant dispute. The incident occurred on the 3500 block of Garrow Drive, where police responded to reports of a shooting just before 11 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Baldazo lying on his front lawn with gunshot wounds.
