Raysean Green, a 20-year-old from Perris, California, was tragically shot and killed on May 16, 2021, at the San Diego Mission Bay Resort. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, just after 3:30 a.m., when multiple callers reported hearing gunshots and someone down at the resort.
