Juan Luis Olvera-Preciado, aged 59, tragically lost his life on August 21, 2021, in Guadalupe, California. On that evening, officers from the Guadalupe Police Department (GPD) were attempting to apprehend a suspect known for previous criminal activities, including starting a small fire earlier that night.
