Willie Parnell Boudreaux was born and raised in New Orleans on 06/16/1982. He was a father of 4 children, a son, and a brother, with many other family and friends who loved him.
It was a beautiful evening that Wednesday, 10/23/2013. Willie and 2 other passengers were driving a blue Buick near the intersections of Mardi Gras Boulevard and Copernicus Streets.
