Rahman Thomas, a 59-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on October 19, 2021, in a shooting incident that occurred in the Mountain View neighborhood. The San Diego Police Department received a 911 call in the early hours of that day, reporting a shooting at the intersection of 37th Street and Ocean View Boulevard.
