Michael Contreras, a 52-year-old resident of San Gabriel, was tragically shot and killed on November 11, 2021, in Lynwood, California. The incident occurred around 6:55 p.m. at an apartment complex located in the 3000 block of Euclid Avenue, near Cesar Chavez Park. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, deputies arrived at the scene to find Contreras in the courtyard of the complex, where he was pronounced dead.
