Lucia Alba, aged 84, was found dead on December 24, 2021, in Watsonville, California, alongside her husband, Abraham Alba, aged 85. The couple was discovered in their home on Vivienne Drive around noon. The Santa Cruz County Coroner's Office identified the deaths as part of an apparent murder-suicide.
