Tioni Theus, a 16-year-old girl from Los Angeles, was tragically found dead on January 8, 2022. Her body was discovered on the side of the 110 Freeway near the Manchester Avenue on-ramp in South Los Angeles. Tioni had been shot in the neck, and her body was dumped on the freeway, sparking outrage and a call for justice from her family and the community.
