James Neise, a 31-year-old resident of Orange Cove, California, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2022, in Fresno. On that fateful evening, around 7:30 PM, the Fresno Police Department received a ShotSpotter alert indicating gunfire near Van Ness and Belmont in the Tower District.
