Jovham Portis, a 17-year-old from Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2022, after being shot multiple times near Clinton Avenue and First Street. The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m. when officers, who were nearby at Radio Park, heard gunfire and responded to the scene. They discovered four teenagers with gunshot wounds, including Portis, who was critically injured and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
