Jakim Maulana, widely known by his stage name Jak Knight, was a talented comedian, actor, and writer who tragically passed away on July 14, 2022, at the age of 28. Knight was found deceased on an embankment in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, with a gunshot wound to the head. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner determined his cause of death to be suicide.
